Stay details

Shorter stays are allowed. Rentals are limited to 12 visits per year; family visits are excluded. Occupancy limits are 6 people in a one-bedroom unit and 8 in a two-bedroom unit.

I confirm the information above is true and complete. I have read and agree to the rental terms and Tahitian Towers rules, including the occupancy limits, no smoking, no subleasing, and the limit of 12 rental visits per year (family visits are excluded). I understand one parking permit is issued for the stay and only one vehicle may be parked at the unit. I understand the $100 registration fee was prepaid to the owner with my booking. The owner will remit it to Tahitian Towers when my completed form is returned for approval; I do not pay it separately. I intend my signature below to sign this application and acknowledge these terms electronically.
