Janet E. Logemann

I have been in real estate for 6 years and have lived in the Tampa Bay Area for close to 40 years. I attended Northside Christian High School in St. Petersburg, then graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine, with a degree in English/Communications. I have many years of experience in marketing and customer service beginning in my early career with a Fortune 500 company (Pepsi-Co) and more recently with print media and radio advertising in the automotive industry. Prior to entering the real estate industry and joining Broderick & Associates, Inc., I served as the Administrator of a 100-bed assisted living facility, managing a multi-million dollar annual budget and a staff 65 employees.

My primary focus is residential real estate and I have listed and sold everything from starter homes to million dollar properties in Pinellas County. My driving force is a strong work ethic and an ability to provide service excellence in all that I do, ensuring that my clients are treated with the utmost care and professionalism.
