Steven R. Logemann

Born is Wisconsin, Steve moved to Florida in the mid 70’s and has lived in the Tampa Bay area for most of his adult life. Steve attended Shorecrest Preparatory High School in St. Petersburg and graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine, where he attended on a basketball scholarship and graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration. His business career includes 12 years in management in the security industry and most recently as a sales manager for a sports memorabilia company where he assisted hundreds of non-profits and charities annually with their fund-raising events. Additionally, Steve’s experience as a former real estate appraiser assists his investor clients in reaching their portfolio acquisition goals.

Since beginning in real estate, Steve’s strong customer service skills have benefited a wide range of residential, retail and commercial customers. Steve’s ability to forge lasting relationships built on trust and honesty compliments his success in bringing people and projects together.
